When formulating color, there are thousands of choices of dyes, and we did not skimp or cut corners, whatsoever. Why? Because we use superior quality dyes. After processing, we recommend rinsing with cool water, without shampoo. We recommend the maximum processing time to give the best color results. The processing time is 20-40 minutes without heat. We do not recommend conditioning the hair right before applying the color, because some conditioners can act as a barrier, not allowing the color to properly adhere (this is especially true of deep conditioning treatments.)
